2. Intellectual Property & Digital Product Licensing

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products, source codes, templates, graphics, and text available on WebStudioLabs are the intellectual property of Rishi Koushal (WebStudioLabs).

Grant of License

When you purchase a project or product from our Marketplace, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the source code under the following conditions:

  • Single Project License: The license allows you to use the purchased product/source code to build and run one (1) single live application or website, unless a multi-project or developer license is explicitly granted in writing.
  • Modification: You are permitted to modify the source code, customize the design, and integrate third-party APIs as needed for your specific deployment.
  • Strict Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, leasing, licensing, or publishing the original or modified source code on any public repository, marketplace, or online store. You may not claim ownership of the underlying script.

3. Billing, Pricing & Payments

We offer digital source codes and scripts for sale in USD ($). The prices displayed on the product pages are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice.

  • Purchase Inquiries: To purchase a product, you submit an inquiry form. We will coordinate with you via email to process payment using secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Billing Details: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information for all transactions.
  • Taxes: Any regional taxes, duties, or transaction processing fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Custom Development & Consulting Services

If you hire Rishi Koushal for custom full-stack PHP, Android, or AI development services:

  • The scope of work, timeline, and payment milestones will be outlined in a separate service agreement or invoice.
  • Custom development work is initiated only after receiving the agreed advance payment.
  • Deliverables and ownership transfer will occur once final payment is cleared.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

All digital products, templates, and scripts sold on WebStudioLabs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

  • We do not guarantee that our digital products will be compatible with all web servers, database versions, or third-party hosting providers.
  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, server downtime, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website and products may contain links to third-party websites, APIs, or services (such as OpenAI, Google PageSpeed API, payment gateways). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third-party providers.
