Because our marketplace offerings consist entirely of **digital source codes and downloadable products**, standard physical logistics and shipping do not apply.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how our digital products are fulfilled, delivered, and deployed to you.

1. Digital Delivery & Shipping Fees

All items in the WebStudioLabs Marketplace are **100% digital goods**. Because delivery takes place electronically:

• Shipping Cost: There are **no shipping charges, delivery fees, or handling fees** ($0.00). Shipping is completely free worldwide.
• No Physical Shipment: We do not ship physical packages, CDs, DVDs, or printed manuals. All source code, assets, database structures, and setup guides are bundled as digital files (typically in `.zip` or `.rar` format).

2. How Delivery Works

Our digital product delivery flow is straightforward:

1. Inquiry & Payment: You select the product from our Marketplace and submit a purchase inquiry. Once we align on details and receive payment verification, order processing begins.
2. Email Fulfiment: Within twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) hours of payment confirmation, the product files, secure download links (e.g. Google Drive secure links), or repository access (GitHub) will be sent directly to the email address you provided during inquiry.
3. Instant Access: If the product is purchased via an automated gateway (where supported), download links may be presented instantly on the payment confirmation screen and emailed immediately.

3. Custom Development Deliverables

For custom engineering and programming services contracted directly with Rishi Koushal:

• Server Deployment: If agreed upon in the service contract, we will deploy the compiled code and configure the database directly on your production or testing server (using server credentials provided by you securely).
• Code Transfer: In all other cases, custom deliverables are transferred via a private Git repository (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) or as a secure zip download link upon milestone completion and final payment clearance.

4. Delivery Issues & Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues accessing your digital download:

• Check Spam/Junk Folder: Automatic emails containing links can sometimes be filtered by email providers. Please check your spam folder first.
• Contact Support: If you do not receive your digital files within twenty-four (24) hours of payment verification, please contact us immediately at rishikoushal93@gmail.com or through our WhatsApp floating chat. We will manually verify the payment and email the files to you directly.

5. Product Installation & System Requirements

Before purchasing, please ensure your web server, VPS, or hosting account meets the minimum system requirements specified in the product documentation (e.g., specific PHP version, database configuration, required PHP extensions). Installation, hosting setup, and server configuration services are not included in the default product price unless explicitly ordered as an add-on or service milestone.
